To our Venerable Brother
FELIX ANTHONY MACHADO
Archbishop-Bishop Emeritus of Vasai
To him who is happily celebrating the Golden Jubilee of his Priestly Ordination, we congratulate him on his Pastoral Ministry, diligently exercised in offices of fraternal charity and on his proven zeal for the Gospel message, by which, being solicitous to establish a fruitful dialogue among various peoples and to promote harmony, he has borne witness adorned with the humanity of the Good Shepherd.
While we wish him every best blessing, we accompany him with our prayers, asking for Heavenly Gifts through Our Apostolic Blessing, which we willingly impart from our heart to him and to his relatives.
From the Vatican Palace,
on the 1stday of the month of October, in the year of our Lord 2026.
Leo PP. XIV
